Professional Support

We Care About Each Other & Our Communities
Just as we believe in constant improvement in our health care teams,
we insist on constant growth for our people.

In Ontario, financial incentives are provided by the Under Serviced Area Program to attract physicians and to keep them practicing in this area.

The Under serviced Program also has a Free Tuition Program with a return-of-service commitment. Exposure to rural practice through educational opportunities, during medical school and residency are available through programs such as ROMP (Rural Ontario Medicine Program).
